WAD - Dépôt de noix de coco

Our drying process begins with the harvest of matured, hand-picked fruits from our farmers.

Upon arrival at our facility in Weija, each fruit undergoes a quality check to ensure only the best make it to the drying process.

Our dedication to preserving the natural quality of the fruits is reflected in the manual handling of every step. Sorting, washing, peeling, cutting, and placing the fruits in the dryers are all done by hand.

Our fruit dehydrators are sourced from manufacturers in Europe, meeting food processing regulations.

Throughout the drying process, the fruits are checked continuously to ensure uniform drying and consistency in quality.

The packaging of the dried fruits is done manually.
