Organic ginger from Wad is carefully selected, peeled one by one. The gingerdrink is done in Pully. The peeled ginger is grinded manually.
The grinded mixture is then pressedmanually. The manual press use is similar tothat of a small hand press use in pressinggrapes.
Lime juice is added together with special African spices.
There are two versions with Sugar orwithout sugar.
The drink is pasteurized without the additionof preservatives.
The grinding is done by adding water to geta more liquid consistence.
