The variety dried is sugarloaf. The ripe fruits are brought to Weija. They are washed and peeled manually. They are then cut in either a dice or ring form. They are then dried at a low temperature in a fruit dehydrator. Wad fruit dehydrators, meets the requirement of the of the European norm on food processing.
